Its name might seem a bit weird but it perfectly describes how the product goes from the farmer’s hands directly to the consumer’s because of a dedication to authentic, naturally made food. Heri me Heri is a relatively new business in Mani which uses olives straight from the Levakou family farm. One of the more recent creations is the sweet olive treat that has a unique character due to the balance it strikes between sweetness and the naturally bitter olive flavour. You can enjoy it on its own as a dessert or as an accompaniment to yoghurt or yellow cheeses. I really hope this new product becomes available in Greece and not just abroad after its presentation at the Expotrof exhibition.
