Thalia Tsichlaki

Thalia wrote her first handwritten restaurant guide at age 17 and even though her studies included French Literature, linguistics and theatre studies, she always remained true to her passion for becoming a food writer. She wrote for most magazines in Greece including “Gefsi-gia na zoume kalytera”, Marie Claire, EF ZIN, VIMA-Gourmet and Athinorama Fooding and Umami.  She also wrote the Alpha Guide on Crete, contributed to Alpha Guide magazine and was a judge for the “Chrysi Skoufi” awards. These days she writes for VIMAgazino and the websites Botanistas.gr and Bitterbooze.com
